Share The Pride Support Group, Adults 36 - 49 yrs old

Share the Pride for Adults 36-49 of the LGBT+ community, is facilitated and run by The LGBT Center of Greater Reading. This group offers and inclusive, supportive, and confidential environment in which to meet with other adults who are in a similar stage of their life, build social connections, and develop support to manage stressors and improve overall quality of life. Objectives will also include resource referrals and education as needed. Group members will be encouraged to organize social events, outside of the normal group meeting time, on their own. The group is professionally facilitated at no cost.
